GIMP Tutorial: How to Make a Website Banner

Now that BIX is operational you are feeling the pressure of needing to make suitable banners that will be accepted but you know you dont have the skills. Your also not sure whether you can actually make any money with so many others listing on BIX.

So what to do !!

Clearly you need to upgrade your skils to be able to compete. I know I am !!. Fortunately there is a waelth of information available in the form of tutorials on YouTube. I did some research first and decided to try GIMP (Graphical Image Managment Program) because it is:

1. Open source and therefore FREE.
2. Has a very strong user base
3. There are may clever people out there to help you learn
4. Many "How to" videos on You Tube.
