Euro at two-month high

The euro expanded its gains and surged to over $ 1.11. At $ 1.1145, it temporarily reached its highest level in two months. The common currency is currently benefiting from growing confidence on the financial markets, and the dollar as a "safe haven" is no longer so much sought after. Most recently, the euro had received support from the European Commission's 750 billion euro corona development plan.
