Malaysia verhängt Einreisesperre für Wuhan

Malaysia imposes a temporary entry ban on Chinese people from the metropolis of Wuhan and the surrounding province of Hubei, where the new corona virus originated.

The Chinese Macao Special Administrative Region also imposed an entry ban on residents of the Hubei province. But not as strictly as Malaysia: In order to enter, people have to provide proof that they are free of coronavirus. The government of the island has announced that this also applies to travelers who have visited Hubei in the past 14 days. The Macao Special Administrative Region is a popular travel destination because of its casinos and large shopping centers.
