Mr. Holdener, the bull market on the Swiss real estate market takes a few years. What are the reasons for it to continue?
The Swiss real estate market is healthy. When comparing performance, construction costs or rent per square meter, Switzerland is doing very well compared to similar countries in Europe. I also like that the market has become much more professional in recent years. Unlike in Norway, for example, where I also spend time, investors calculate precisely, but they are not willing to pay exorbitant prices in peripheral regions. Overall, the market is much more stable than it was twelve years ago. The economy and the - albeit somewhat lower - immigration are further market supports.
