The Ukrainian armed forces are using a new type of high-precision bomb in the fight against Russia. The so-called JDAM-ERs come from the US Air Force, as confirmed by the responsible US General James Hecker.

These smart bombs are a revised and modified version of "dumb" bombs. The bombs were equipped with small wings and a guidance system so that they become precision-guided munitions .
This coincides with numerous postings in social networks, in which there has already been heated speculation about a new type of ammunition . Some videos should show the use of the JDAM-ERs. However, there is no confirmation that the new bombs can actually be seen on the clips.
