Ivermectin can help in the treatment of COVID-19
A Butler County judge in Ohio approved the use of Ivermectin in a COVID-19 patient who was on an aspirator.
Maybe there is hope for all the people who struggle to stay alive. We can see the light at the end of the tunnel. We need to fight for our rights. Ivermectin can help a lot of people. I mean, this medication is less invasive than ventilators, right? Ventilators shock the respiratory system, leading to numerous side effects.
The Epoch Times reported:
“Butler County Common Pleas Judge Gregory Howard ruled last week that West Chester Hospital, part of the University of Cincinnati’s health network UC Health, must “immediately administer Ivermectin” to patient Jeffrey Smith following his doctor’s prescription of 30 mg of Ivermectin for 21 days.
Smith, 51, is a Verizon Wireless engineer in Butler County. According to the lawsuit (pdf) filed by his wife Julie Smith, Smith tested positive for COVID-19 on July 9, and he was admitted to West Chester Hospital on July 15. On the same day, he was moved to an intensive care unit (ICU).
Smith’s condition continued to decline, and he was placed on a ventilator on Aug. 1. By Aug. 19, the ventilator was operating at 80 percent volume, with Smith’s chances of survival dropping to less than 30 percent, court documents read. At that time, the hospital claimed to have exhausted all options in its COVID-19 treatment protocol.
“At this point, there is nothing more the defendant can do, or will do, for my husband,” Julie wrote in an affidavit included in her complaint.
“However, I cannot give up on him, even if the defendant has,” Julie continued. “There is no reason why the defendant cannot approve or authorize other forms of treatments so long as the benefits outweigh the risks.
Julie had read about some lawsuits reported by Chicago Tribune and The Buffalo New,s where patients in severe condition from COVID-19 later recovered after being given Ivermectin.
These patients had won lawsuits forcing their hospitals to treat them with Ivermectin. The plaintiffs in these cases were all represented by attorney Ralph Lorigo, chairman of New York’s Erie County Conservative Party, who later became one of Julie’s attorneys.
According to court documents, Julie requested that the hospital treat her husband with Ivermectin, but the hospital refused to even though she offered to release them from “any and all” responsibility.
Julie then sought medical advice from Dr. Fred Wagshul, who later prescribed Ivermectin to her husband. But the hospital still refused to do so, prompting her to file a lawsuit against the hospital.
“With absolutely nothing to lose, with little to no risk, and with the defendant likely to begin palliative care, there is no basis for it to refuse Dr. Wagshul’s order and prescription to administer Ivermectin,” Julie said in the affidavit.
Wagshul is a founding member of the Frontline COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC), a nonprofit organization that is working during the pandemic to develop effective treatment protocols to prevent COVID-19 infection as well as treat patients with COVID-19.
In October of 2020, FLCCC adopted Ivermectin as a core medication in its protocols for preventing and treating COVID-19. Its website references many recent studies reporting Ivermectin to be a safe, effective, and inexpensive drug against COVID-19, the disease caused by CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus.
“Ivermectin is so safe. It essentially has no drug interactions and no side effects.”
The UC Health has yet to challenge this ruling…

Biden acts like his situation is under control, but the Deep State started throwing him under the bus for the bad management of the Afghanistan situation.
On Tuesday, Reuters took the leaked transcripts from Biden’s call with the then-Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, who left Afghanistan right before the Taliban took over the country.
In their call that occurred on July 23rd, Ghani spoke about the situation, adding that the country was undergoing an assault from a full-scale invasion with “10,000-15,000 international terrorists.”
The Afghan President also shared that the Taliban had the support and planning from Pakistan.
Biden didn’t register that and pressured him to make a perception that the Taliban hadn’t been advancing at a rapid pace!
‘’I need not tell you the perception around the world and in parts of Afghanistan, I believe, is that things are not going well in terms of the fight against the Taliban,’
‘And there is a need, whether it is true or not, there is a need to project a different picture.’’’
Biden told Ghani that he would offer the American military air support only if he lied about the situation. He asked to gather warlords in the zone to change the narrative about the Taliban victory.
‘’You clearly have the best military, you have 300,000 well-armed forces versus 70-80,000, and they’re clearly capable of fighting well, we will continue to provide close air support if we know what the plan is and what we are doing,’ he said.
‘But I really think, I don’t know whether you’re aware, just how much the perception around the world is that this is looking like a losing proposition, which it is not, not that it necessarily is that, but so the conclusion I’m asking you to consider is to bring together everyone from [Former Vice President Abdul Rashid] Dostum, to [Former President Hamid] Karzai and in between,’ he said.
‘If they stand there and say they back the strategy you put together, and put a warrior in charge, you know a military man, Khan in charge of executing that strategy, and that will change perception, and that will change an awful lot I think.’’’
The Afghan President didn’t accept this offer.
A month after the call, the Afghan President left the country!
It reminds us of Ukraine. Now the country is attacked, and Biden doesn’t want to send help, and 13 US military members died because their President left them.
Biden told Ghani that if Afghanistan’s prominent political figures were to give a press conference together, backing a new military strategy, “that will change perception, and that will change an awful lot I think.”
The American leader’s words indicated he didn’t anticipate the massive insurrection and collapse to come 23 days later. “We are going to continue to fight hard, diplomatically, politically, economically, to make sure your government not only survives, but is sustained and grows,” said Biden.
The White House Tuesday declined to comment on the call.
After the call, the White House released a statement that focused on Biden’s commitment to supporting Afghan security forces and the administration seeking funds for Afghanistan from Congress.
Ghani told Biden he believed there could be peace if he could “rebalance the military solution.” But he added, “We need to move with speed.”
“We are facing a full-scale invasion, composed of Taliban, full Pakistani planning and logistical support, and at least 10-15,000 international terrorists, predominantly Pakistanis thrown into this,” Ghani said. Afghan government officials, and U.S. experts, have consistently pointed to Pakistani support for the Taliban as key to the group’s resurgence.
The Pakistani Embassy in Washington denies those allegations. “Clearly the myth of Taliban fighters crossing from Pakistan is unfortunately an excuse and an afterthought peddled by Mr. Ashraf Ghani to justify his failure to lead and govern,” an embassy spokesman told Reuters.
Reuters tried to reach Ghani’s staff for this story, in calls and texts, with no success. The last public statement from Ghani, who is believed to be in the United Arab Emirates, came on August 18. He said he fled Afghanistan to prevent bloodshed.
By the time of the call, the United States was well into its planned withdrawal from Afghanistan, which Biden had postponed from the May date set by his predecessor, Donald Trump. The U.S. military had closed its main Afghanistan air base, at Bagram, in early July.
As the two presidents spoke, Taliban insurgents controlled about half of Afghanistan's district centers, indicating a rapidly deteriorating security situation.
Afghanistan was promising a shift in its military strategy, to start focusing on protecting “population centers” – major cities – rather than fighting to protect rural territories. Biden referred approvingly of that strategy. He said that doing so would help not just on the ground but in the “perception” internationally that was required to shore up world support for the Afghan government.
“I’m not a military guy, so I’m not telling you what a plan should precisely look like, you’re going to get not only more help, but you’re going to get a perception that is going to change …,” Biden said.
Ghani, for his part, assured Biden that “your assurance of support goes a very long way to enable us, to really mobilize us in earnest.”
In a little over two weeks after Biden’s call with Ghani, the Taliban captured several provincial Afghan capitals and the United States said it was up to the Afghan security forces to defend the country. “These are their military forces, these are their provincial capitals, their people to defend,” Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said on August 9.
On August 11, U.S. intelligence reports indicated Taliban fighters could isolate Afghanistan’s capital in 30 days and possibly take it over within 90. Instead, the fall happened in less than a week.
The Biden-Ghani call also underscored persistent political infighting that plagued the Afghan government.
When Biden asked him to include former Afghan President Hamid Karzai in a press conference, Ghani pushed back. “Karzai would not be helpful,” he said. “He is contrary, and time is of the essence, we cannot bring every single individual … We have tried for months with President Karzai. Last time we met for 110 minutes; he was cursing me and he was accusing me of being a U.S. lackey.”
Biden paused before responding: “I’m going to reserve judgment on that.”
Karzai could not be reached for comment, despite calls and texts to one of his aides.
SECOND CALL WITH TOP STAFF
In a follow-up call later that day that did not include the U.S. president, Biden’s National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, General Mark Milley and U.S. Central Command commander General Frank McKenzie spoke to Ghani. Reuters also obtained a transcript of that call.
In this call, too, an area of focus was the global perception of events on the ground in Afghanistan. Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told Ghani “the perception in the United States, in Europe and the media sort of thing is a narrative of Taliban momentum, and a narrative of Taliban victory. And we need to collectively demonstrate and try to turn that perception, that narrative around.”
“I do not believe time is our friend here. We need to move quickly,” McKenzie added.
A spokesperson for McKenzie declined to comment. A spokesman for Milley did not respond by publication time.

Are we going to impeach Biden, or that’s only for Trump?
Reuters got transcripts of Biden's last call with Ghani + a Ghani/Sullivan/Milley/McKenzie call, all on 7/23.
-US side concerned about "perception" Taliban was winning and need to change narrative.
-Biden wanted Ghani to appear with Karzai. Ghani said no.https://t.co/bGhxAWTQ9M— Dave Lawler (@DavidLawler10) August 31, 2021
However, Biden tried to strong-arm the Afghan government into spreading propaganda, but Mark Miley also pressured the President in a call.
‘’the perception in the United States, in Europe and the media sort of thing is a narrative of Taliban momentum, and a narrative of Taliban victory. And we need to collectively demonstrate and try to turn that perception, that narrative around.’ ‘’
After the Afghanistan nightmare evacuation, Biden said that the withdrawal would pass smoothly and our allies were in control. But, from the leaked transcripts, that has never happened.
The US President tried to coerce the Afghan President to downplay the Taliban advances, which shows that they were lying about the Afghanistan situation since the very beginning.
These hypocrites knew that Afghans weren’t prepared to fight against the terrorists, and on top of that, Biden gave them weapons and other military equipment for free. Biden gave the order to withdraw all troops away!
‘’That assumption that the Afghan government would be able to hold on for a period of time beyond military drawdown turned out not to be accurate.
‘But I still instructed our national security team to prepare for every eventuality, even that one. And that’s what we did.
‘So, we were ready when the Afghan security forces, after two decades of fighting for their country and losing thousands of their own, did not hold on as long as anyone expected.’’’
Our President was constantly lying and refused to tell that his intelligence agencies knew that Afghanistan would collapse way before the Taliban started their mission.
The Daily Mail reported:
‘’I don’t think anybody anticipated that,’ Biden told ABC News when asked about the swift disintegration of the Afghan security forces.
‘It is not inevitable.’
When Biden was asked if he trusted the Taliban, the President replied: ‘No. But I trust the capacity of the Afghan military, who is better trained, better equipped, and more competent in terms of conducting war.’
The President was then asked about his own intelligence community’s assessment that the Afghan government would likely collapse.
‘That is not true,’ Biden responded. ‘They did not reach that conclusion.’
‘The intelligence community did not say, back in June or July, that in fact, this was going to collapse like it did,’ Biden told ABC News earlier this month.
Biden said that he was not told that the Taliban would take over as quickly as they did. Instead, he said there was a possibility it would take more time.
‘Not even close,’ Biden said.’’
Biden isn’t doing anything. Only eight months in office, and he managed to provoke so many disasters that ended catastrophically.
