Its all well and good to say, and know, constitutional rights are being violated. It's another thing to have the money to pay for an attorney when you are erroneously arrested; and the fight a court battle in front of a questionable judge. As Gen Flynn knows, it is very expensive to get a good attorney -- and expensive to get a bad attorney who works for the government against you. The system is seriously broken. You talk like it is easy to bring a legal case -- not unless you have money -- and many Americans are close to being broke. Although I enjoy your pod casts, I think you are very removed from front lines Americans who are now being arrested and arraigned and jailed by "judges" who do not follow the constitution.
IS IT TIME TO LOOK AT OUR CONSTITUTION & ASSERT THOSE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS THAT ARE FUNDAMENTAL TO BE AN AMERICAN? CITY/TOWN BY CITY/TOWN?! LET'S DO SO!!! FREEDOM MUST BE FOUGHT FOR!
