God I love the way this girl thinks. Her mind is so nimble and lazer sharp.
I always understood Shapiro's application of "facts don't care about your feelings" as meaning facts don't change, NOT that feelings don't matter. Always seemed pretty clear to me. Feelings always matter to the individual and can often lead to great acts of compassion (or regretful mistakes), but feelings will never alter facts. Is it just me or does that makes sense to anyone else?
