Pelosi and the radical Left in Congress are targeting our entire election system. H.R. 1 is a bill that the Pelosi-led U.S. House of Representatives just passed, called the For the People Act of 2021. What it really does is target our election system. This bill passed the U.S. House of Representatives by a vote of 220-210. Only one Democrat voted against it. Now it goes to the United States Senate. The bill, if enacted into law, would codify some of the election issues that we were concerned with in the 2020 election. There are constitutional issues, such as states deciding what their election laws should be rather than the federal government mandating it. Under the election and electors clauses of the Constitution, the states are to determine their own election laws
