Trump lawyers call impeachment case "flimsy" ahead of historic Senate trial.

President Trump's legal team released a new brief outlining its defense strategy ahead of the Senate's historic trial. They claim he did "absolutely nothing wrong" and said the articles against the president are "constitutionally invalid". CBS News' Natalie Brand joins CBSN from Capitol Hill with the latest developments.

My Comment

The impeachment...It's like this. You are accused of robbing a bank. They don't tell which bank, who are the witnesses,when it happened, how much was stolen and where is the money stolen. THERE is no crime and no ground for impeaching the President.

If dems think they need to hear from additional witnesses, the House shouldn't have voted to impeach.
