Let's Table This

Really how important are the tables to us that even the postponement of a conversation can be put off for another time. 

Tables have been an important item throughout the civilization from many cultures and there are all kinds of tables. In the far East there are tables with very short legs. In fact they' have even accommodated for the feet by providing a space underneath the table for our feet to go. 

They come in all sizes and shapes. The are dining room tables and kitchen tables are where we sit down to eat our meals and say our prayers and give thanks for the food that we're about to eat. 

There are tables for the classroom where we do our learning and where teachers actually supervise and instruct our learning. Tables where corporate heads and business people along with government people formulate policies that will be governing the way a corporation works and our government runs.

Table this?  Do you really want to return to sitting on the floor to eat and discuss important matters for family and the tribe as it happened during ancient times.... not really. 

Think of the how valuable tables are to our economies. So many businesses thrive on the fact that they built wonderful tables and their consumers moving into an apartment are considering how to furnish it with tables. 

Tables are not only places where we come to eat and talk and converse with one another.  items that are associated with tables.  Like chairs knives,forks, dishes and vases. 

Tables are so much more important. So would you rather be standing up to discuss the future of the world? Chat about this and that with friend and families. No no tables are indispensable to our culture. We've come to love, enjoy and benefit from our tables so let's not table tables.
