Russell is the first person I’ve seen that asks JOE questions, and intentional questions at that. It makes people feel heard and valued, so they’re compelled to be more vulnerable and engaged. He’s very thoughtful and empathetic. Very powerful traits.

This is probably my favorite episode ever. Love Russell soooo much. He gives me hope for so many other humans. Joe is so ultra realistic, and such a good conversationalist. If only all of us could be so open to ppl we don't necessarily agree with. The world would be such a beautiful place. Let's all vow to be better. Not perfect. But better.
