Watch this space. The new Chief Engineer is getting up to speed

The concept is simple in regards to building an online business. I have tried multiple methods to make this work over the years. I always use to think it was about the right product or right compensation plan. All this turns out to be nonsense. It doesn't matter what the vehicle is to make it happen. What matters is having the right tools to make that vehicle doesn't breakdown.

I have been writing articles for a decade now. Most of the articles I wrote are probably still out there in cyberspace somewhere. But a majority of the domains I have owned over the years have been closed down by myself. The reason- I had a hard time grasping the concept of simple!

So here is my solution, choose one vehicle to generate income. doesnt matter what it is as long as there is an active market for it and stick with it. Do not quit and jump ship! Do research first to make sure it is right for you. I cannot stress this enough. I have lost out on huge profits over the years because I never stuck with just one vehicle until 2 years ago. How I am driving that vehicle today is through the most powerful inbound marketing system in existence. This is free for all entrepreneurs to join. Come and see for yourself. Most readers who visit this post will not need an explanation of this system.

So back to my concept of simple- After you choose the a vehicle for business with a selected box of tools to keep it running, the next thing to start doing is to learn about keyword research relevant to the product and/or service being provided. Once thorough research has been conducted, a domain name should be purchased based on that particular keyword phrase within your niche. Build up your domain. I like to drive traffic to a capture page which then redirects to my business. How? Well, write content. Lot's of content. Not so much about your new deal; but, keep it about you. Marketing yourself is the most important thing you can do. Sharing knowledge about marketing and your business products and services is what customers and potential business partners are interested on hearing about. NO ONE LIKES A SALESMAN! STOP TRYING SELL PEOPLE!

Anyone who tries to pitch the sale is screaming for desperate attention in my eyes. I think most knowledgable marketers and business owners would feel the same way. What should be done? Again, keep it simple, develope a capture page, email autoresponder, and blog. Then start writing revelant content that shares information about you, your knowledge, and other informative engaging information that points back to your keyword specific domain. In doing this you will build a leads list of people to contact andd build a solid relationship with. The result is, they join your business and you can then develop a team of content writers to promote your vehicle. I hope this is starting to make sense as this a general idea of how to keep it simple in business development. The vehicle I have chose to drive in this case falls in the niche of video conferencing software.

The next article may go a bit into a rabbit hole for most readers. Hang on to your hats...It's going to be a bumpy ride!
Steven Cavan Video conferencing software is referencing my Business. Sound like you're on the right path so far. I plan on uploading some good content in the future

James Eckburg Steven Cavan the title of your post is a good one. Your first sentence about building an online business concept is simple made me think. I thought it was easy to start with a website and have product that people would want and need. I found out that there is more to it than just that. It was hard for to decide on how to go about getting people to find my website. I started to write blogs or articles about my disease I have and how I manage to go through the day. I had only one domain at that time and still have only one. You say to chose the right vehicle and tools is the key to keep it simple. You talk about learning about keywords and keyword phrases and do researches on that have to relate to your product that you talk about in your blogs or articles. I have learned some about keywords and keyword research, and would like some more training on that. I have written a lot about me and what sickness I have. So I would like to learn more on how to improve on what I have done wrong and how to make it better. So when you talk about video conferencing software, is this a product that you would have to buy or is it something like Google Hang outs, or Zoom? I look forward to any training you have and learn form you. I do enjoy reading your post. I see you started a group on Video Conferencing Software. I would like to join but the button says (drop request).
