Five knives needed in the kitchen in a practical case that protects the blades. Thick forged knife blades have increased strength and are easy to sharpen. Knives must not be washed in the dishwasher.

Before using for the first time, wash your iCook ™ knives in a DISH DROPS™ solution of Concentrated Dishwashing Liquid and Vinegar to remove any residual oils or polishing materials.

Immediately after use, wash all knives by hand, do not soak and do not leave food residues on the blades of knives for a long time.
