If Education was a pre-requesite that would not work at all. Did You Know That 75% of the top 1,000 leaders do not have a College Degree! It Is Not A Defining Factor.

Let's look at a couple more. What Do You Think about doing well on tests of any kind? How About paying Close attention to any questions being asked about any subject, being good at solving short term error problems? Those are all signs, someone does well in school.

None Of The Above are important once you have assumed the role of being THE Leader. Once You are CHARGED with setting a new and diffenent direction for the Company that pays You a handsome salary RESULTS ARE EXPECTED, YES, AND EVEN DEMANDED!

Figuring out what to do next is job 1, And You know what? Many of the above actions actually get in the way of concentrating on solutions. At this point if you are like me you are wondering what in the world DOES IT TAKE to make the transition to leadership?

Our education system turns out very good workers, disciplined workers. However education does not guarantee you will have a leadership role. The most compliant people do not usually assume leadership roles.

Leaders Must Be Brave, even to the point of Daring at times. They must be empathetic at all times with everyone they deal with. Most of all they must be INTUITIVE, that means being able to understand or know immediately, without conscious reasoning.
