The Queers released Love Me on Doheny Records in 7” black vinyl. The punk-rock album had five songs on the A-side (starting with “We’d Have a Riot Doing Heroin” and ending with “Trash This Place”). The B-side had just one track, “Love Me,” with William H. MacLaren Sr. credited as the vocalist.
The original pressing was limited. On the super-rare early editions, there are handwritten credits on the die cut sleeves. Each of the members of The Queers made sleeves for the album, and some of these sleeves came complete with added-on commentary (and, in some cases, insults).
