Another old vinyl record that has been selling for big bucks on sites such as Discogs is one from the famous Swedish band ABBA. “Hovas Vittne,” recorded on the Polar label (JUB 50), was released on January 25, 1981. This vinyl record has two songs: “Hovas Vittne” (in English, “Hova’s Witness”) and “Trivedshambo.”

“Trivedshambo,” the second single, was written by Stikkan Anderson. Both sides were recorded at Polar Studios. The pricey vinyl record was designed by Rune Soderqvist and Michael B. Tretow. ABBA has gone on to sell over 150 million records, and the band is the third-highest selling band of all time (behind the Beatles and Queen).
