Released in 1965, Golden Earring’s Just Earrings rock album was recorded in the Netherlands on Polydor. The vinyl release was a seven-inch, 45RPM vinyl. The A-side contained “Lonely Every Day,” while the B-side contained “Not to Find.” The pop rock album’s credited writers included G. Kooymans and M. Gerritsen.
Just Earrings had an unusual problem that added to its rarity. The B-side had a grammatical error that bothered the band so much that it had the already-manufactured copies destroyed and reprinted without the mysterious error. Just twenty-five original manufactured copies, with the B-side error, remain in existence today, according to Discogs.
