Television presenter Phillip Schofield recently spent nearly three million dollars on a pad in West London, shortly after he split from his wife of twenty-seven years. The West London home is right near the river Thames, and it has a large kitchen and several other amenities.

Plus, Schofield gets to be near his friends as he works out his $10 million split, which he and his ex described as “amicable.” In fact, Schofield and his wife bought another home worth just under $1 million together in Spring of 2021, despite parting ways. His London home is near Ant McPartlin’s former residence and Declan Donnelly’s current home. Neighbors described Schofield as “nice and normal,” someone who “smiles every time” he passes them.
