Comedian Kristen Wiig sold her Los Angeles home for a little over $5 million in 2018, which was way over the $1.7 million for which she purchased it. The SNL alum’s midcentury-modern residence was located in Los Angeles’ Silver Lake, and she got $100,000 more than what she was asking when she sold the home in October of that year.

While the Bridesmaids star owned the home, she completed a lot of renovations on the 3,515-square-foot property, adding a lot of “state-of-the-art technology,” according to the home’s listing agent. Right before she sold the Silver Lake property, she bought another Pasadena home for $2.96 million.
