The $2.3 million loft, which Mellencamp bought in 2018, allows him space to create. It has an industrial feel, with exposed brick walls and heavy metal doors that Mellencamp brought from an Indiana storage unit. In addition to this SoHo loft and his Indiana home, Mellencamp has a beach house in South Carolina on Daufuskie Island.
