The extra space is perfect for the couple, as they have five kids. The massive, wooded property is cheaper than L.A., even though it has far more space.

Kim Van Der Beek said that she loves the Lone Star State, as the couple’s former Beverly Hills home was “good to” the family but way too “tight” for the whole seven-person gang. The Van Der Beeks are leasing the property currently, as they want to live there for a year before they make a permanent decision about whether to stay in Texas.
