For many people, Richard Gere’s Hudson Valley home is the dream. The eight-bed, eight-bath home was previously described by the actor as “idyllic.” Considering that he called it home for over two decades, many were surprised when Gere decided it was time to part ways with the sprawling estate. 

He sold it to an unknown buyer for $28 million in 2022, after originally listing the property in late 2021. Why Gere decided to sell in the first place remains a mystery, but something tells us the Pretty Woman star won’t be without another luxury abode for long.
