For the space, the two called architect Stephen Samuelson to help them design intimate and organic spaces. The 25,000-square-foot home is where Trey, Willow, Jaden, Will, and Jada spent plenty of time over the years.

A fun fact about the Malibu property is that in its studio (yes, the house has its own studio because while many may have forgotten it, Will Smith is a rap musician) Willow recorded her 2010 debut hit single “Whip My Hair.”
