It’s not surprising that real estate developer Mohamed Hadid owns some of the most stunning homes across the globe. Gigi and Bella Hadid’s father is working on a new project — the largest permitted compound in Los Angeles. The mansion is being built in Beverly Hills and it has a price tag of $250 million.

The mansion will overlook Coldwater Canyon and when it’s completed it will be the most expensive home sold in California. In 2021, Hadid also sold his Bel Air mansion for $5 million and he moved to a new $4.5 million home located above Beverly Hills.
