Professional basketball player D’Angelo Russell has been playing for the Minnesota Timberwolves since 2020. Because of this, the athlete needed a home in Minneapolis, and he certainly picked a stunning, minimalist one. According to his interior designer Tiffany Thompson, the athlete wanted “everything in black and white.”

Russell’s Minneapolis home is Japanese-inspired and it features a limited color palate. In fact, the designer revealed that the inspiration for the color palette came from a trip to the Japanese island Yakushima which is “wooded and dense.” The mansion has two-levels and it is 6,300-square-feet in size.
