In 1988, Blue Bloods star Tom Selleck paid an inflation-adjusted price of over $12 million for a 65-acre ranch in Ventura, California. Selleck bought the home, which includes a horse corral and ranch house built in the 1920s, to get away from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood.
