Ryan Seacrest is a true force in the entertainment business, which is probably why he was able to buy Ellen Degeneres’ $85-million-dollar mansion. Seacrest did some serious renovations when he purchased the property from the talk show host, but the bare bones of the house remain the same. 

There’s a pool house, a gym in its own building, a huge pool, not one but two guesthouses, and even an underground garage capable of storing multiple cars. The main house itself is over 9,000-square-foot, so it’s not exactly a tight fit. On top of all that, there’s a bar, a sunroom, and a library.
