Villa Oleandra is the name of actor George Clooney’s Lake Como estate. Clooney purchased the mansion in 2001 for $13.5 million. It was built during the 1700s, and it has twenty-five rooms, as well as an outdoor pool, huge garage in which Clooney stores his antique motorcycle collection, gym, and tennis court.
