Ellen Pompeo collaborated with Martyn Lawrence Bullard, a well-known decorator, to transform a well-known Los Angeles villa from the 1930s into the perfect family-friendly house. The actress’s home measures 16,000 square feet, and it is designed in the Mediterranean style.

When Pompeo and her husband bought the property in 2009, it had lost a lot of its original charm, as it was designed initially by Paul Revere Williams. Williams made the home for a silent movie star named Antonio Moreno. Pompeo said she wasn’t intimidated by the challenge of renovating the home, saying that she “love[s] a project.”
