Supermodel Cindy Crawford and her husband, businessman Rande Gerber, have several properties in Malibu, but the one that they were able to get the most for was this 5,300-square-foot mansion with 5.5 bathrooms and four bedrooms. Impeccably designed, this mansion had a casual beach vibe to it, with natural materials, white walls, and giant windows that provided oceanfront views.

Outdoor amenities include terraces, a tennis court, a swimming pool, and wrap-around decking. Crawford and Gerber asked for $60 million when they put it on the market in 2016. They ended up dropping the price to $50 million in 2017 and then $45 million in 2018, the year it was sold.
