Actor and producer Tyler Perry can also add “globe trotter” to his list. The movie tycoon owns his own private island in the Bahamas, called White Cay Bay. Though White Cay Bay wasn’t Perry’s first private island, it is, arguably, the most beautiful.

White Cay Bay is located on the Exuma strip, which is famous for its turquoise water and white beaches. Perry’s island paradise includes a 14,000-square-foot-mansion, six guest bungalows, and a marina, spa, and tennis court. The Madea star is worth $1 billion, so he can afford to pay for all of the necessary imports (water, electricity, etc.) to keep his island retreat up and running.
