The thirty-five-acre land is home to three white beaches, two lagoons, elevations, and protected deep water access.

Leaf Cay is located south of Exuma Sound, and it is a perfect sight for deep-water bone fishing. The 6,000-foot-depths of the Exuma Sound often yield fresh catches of Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Barracuda, Tuna, King Fish, Sailfish, and Blue Marlin. This fisherman’s paradise is growing quickly, as Exuma is reporting a record population growth as the rich and famous flock to develop the tropical getaway.
