Jim Jannard, the founder of Oakley and Red Digital, has a net worth of nearly $3 billion. Like pretty much every billionaire, he decided to spend some of his money on a few private islands. Jannard owns two islands in Fiji: Kaibu and Vatu Vara. He also owns a 500-acre island, Spieden Island, in the San Juan Islands off the coast of Washington.

Kaibu and Vatu Vara each have their high points. Kaibu has a huge reef and a lagoon, making it a water sports and snorkeling haven. Vatu Vara, a former atoll, has volcanoes and dense forests, meaning it is for explorers who aren’t faint of heart.
