Billionaire Peter Nygard owns Nygard Cay, located in the Bahamas. The Canadian designer’s crazy lifestyle applied to his home in the Bahamas, which featured things like fake volcanoes that spouted dry ice, a gym right on the beach, statues, a disco hut that had cameras under the floors, and a thirty-car garage modeled on a Mayan cave.

The 150,000-square-foot estate also had an indoor swimming pool and aquarium. On one side of the aquarium were dolphins, and on the other were sharks. When you entered the estate, the first notes of the theme to Phantom of the Opera would play.
