New Zealand businessman Graeme Hart is the wealthiest person in the country. Though he prefers to keep to himself and avoid the media, the billionaire businessman, who has a net worth of $9 billion, owns quite a few properties, such as Eori.

Eori, located in the Mamanuca Islands in Fiji, is a tiny, twenty-four-acre island that sold at auction for $1.25 million (adjusting for inflation). Graeme Hart has owned the island since 2009 through LLC Eori Island Limited, which is owned by Rank Group, Hart’s personal investment corporation. For now, it appears that Hart has no plans to commercialize the island.
