Indigo Island is a 135-acre island in the Bahamas. It is a patch of palm trees, limestone, and generally uncharted territory. Though Indigo Island is not super inhabited, it is not unowned, either. Indigo Island is owned by billionaire Bernard Arnault, the owner of LVMH, which has household names like Givenchy, Christian Dior, and Fendi under its belt.

Arnault is the fourth-richest man in the world. He rents out Indigo Island for $300,000 a week, though much of the venue still remains untouched and a bit of an improv wildlife sanctuary. Whether Arnault will do more with Indigo Island remains to be seen.
