The Abundance Blueprint, Part1: The Foundation of True Wealth

Posted by Olov Forsgren on May 26, 2026 - 5:23pm Edited 5/26 at 5:23pm

The Abundance Blueprint, Part 1: The Foundation of True Wealth

Abundance is a mindset. It is the choice to see your life as a valley of
infinite possibility, bathed in the light of a new beginning.

Welcome to the start of a journey.

If you're here, it’s likely because you feel a gap between the life you're living and the life you know is possible. You sense that there's more out there for you—more joy, more freedom, more financial ease—but the path to get there feels confusing or out of reach.

Here’s the single most important truth we will build upon in this entire course: Abundance is not something you chase or acquire. It is a state of being you align with.

It doesn’t start with a new job, a winning lottery ticket, or a "lucky break." It starts in the one place you have complete control over: your mind. For the next few minutes, we're going to explore the powerful internal operating system that is quietly shaping your entire financial reality.

The mind is a garden. The thoughts you consistently plant will
determine whether you experience a life of scarcity or a forest
of abundance.

The Two Lenses: Are You Looking Through Scarcity or Abundance?

Every person on Earth views the world through one of two fundamental lenses. The lens you use determines the opportunities you see, the actions you take, and the results you get.

1. The Scarcity Mindset:

This is the default setting for most of us. It’s the belief that there isn't enough to go around. Not enough money, not enough time, not enough opportunities. It’s a zero-sum game.

  • It sounds like: "I can't afford that," "Money is the root of all evil," "You have to work brutally hard to get by," "Why do they get all the luck?"
  • It feels like: Anxiety, jealousy, fear, stress, and a constant sense of being "behind."
  • It acts like: Hoarding money, fearing bills, being jealous of others' success, and staying in a comfort zone that feels safe but unfulfilling.

2. The Abundance Mindset:

This is the lens of possibility. It's the core belief that we live in a world of infinite potential and that there is more than enough for everyone. One person's success does not take away from your own; in fact, it can inspire and create new opportunities.

  • It sounds like: "Money is a tool for creating wonderful experiences," "I am open to new streams of income," "There are always more opportunities," "I celebrate the success of others."
  • It feels like: Gratitude, creativity, optimism, generosity, and peace.
  • It acts like: Investing in yourself, giving freely, collaborating, seeing possibilities everywhere, and taking inspired risks.

This isn't just positive thinking. Your mindset is the soil in which the seeds of your life grow. You simply cannot grow a forest of abundance in the toxic soil of scarcity.

What steers your life isn't what you see on the surface. It's the
vast, powerful mass of your subconscious beliefs hidden deep
within.

Your Subconscious Blueprint

So, why do so many of us default to scarcity?

Because from a very young age, our subconscious minds were programmed with beliefs about money. We soaked up the attitudes of our parents, our teachers, and society. These beliefs formed our "money blueprint"—the automatic, unquestioned programming that runs your financial life.

If your parents argued about bills, you may have subconsciously decided that "money causes conflict." If you were always told to "save for a rainy day," you may be subconsciously expecting a storm.

The good news is that you are not your programming. You can become the conscious creator of your reality. And the first step is to bring these hidden beliefs into the light.

The work of uncovering your deepest beliefs begins not with a
bang, but with a quiet moment of honest reflection.

Your Action Step: The 3-Step Belief Audit

This is the most important work you will do this week. Don't just think about it—do it. This exercise will begin the process of rewriting your subconscious blueprint.

1. Find Your Quiet Space & Ask: Grab a pen and paper, and sit somewhere you won't be interrupted for 15 minutes. Close your eyes, take three deep breaths, and ask your mind the following questions.

  • What is my earliest memory of money?
  • What did my parents or guardians say about money?
  • What does the phrase "rich people" bring up for me?
  • What am I most afraid of when it comes to my finances?

2. Write Down Everything (No Judgment): For the next 10 minutes, write down every single thought, feeling, and phrase that comes up. Don't filter it. Don't judge it. Just let it flow onto the page. You might write down things like: "Money doesn't grow on trees," "You have to work hard for every penny," "Wanting more is greedy," "I'll never be wealthy."

3. Identify & Reframe Your Top Limiting Belief: Read through your list and circle the one belief that carries the most emotional charge for you. The one that feels the most true or the most painful.

Now, we're going to reframe it. A reframe isn't a lie or an empty affirmation. It's a more empowering and expansive truth.

  • Example 1:

    • Limiting Belief: "Money is hard to come by."
    • Empowering Reframe: "I live in a world of opportunity, and I am capable of creating value and receiving money with ease."
  • Example 2:

    • Limiting Belief: "I'm just not good with money."
    • Empowering Reframe: "I am learning to become a powerful and conscious manager of my money."

Write your new, empowering reframe on a separate piece of paper. Stick it somewhere you will see it every day—on your bathroom mirror, your computer monitor, your car's dashboard. This is your new truth.

You have now taken the first and most critical step. You've moved from being a victim of your programming to becoming the architect of your mindset.

In Part 2, we will build on this new foundation. We'll explore the magnetic power of clarity and teach you how to define a vision of abundance so compelling that the universe will have no choice but to conspire in your favor.

See you there.
