Both for preventing the heart disease as well as for curing the same, it is recommended that you include these in your everyday lifestyle.

  • Meditation for 20 minutes
  • Early sleeping and rising
  • Yoga/exercises in moderation
  • Deep breathing techniques (Pranayama)
