Good reminders for a healthy life

- Spend some time alone each day
- Give people more than they expect and do it cheerfully
- Don't believe all you hear, spend all you have, or sleep all you want
- Say "I'm sorry" and "thank you" every day - you'll have reason to do both
- When you apologize or offer appreciation, look the person in the eye
- Never laugh at anyone's dreams
- In disagreements, fight fair - no name calling
- Think quickly, but speak slowly
- Great love and great achievements involve great risks
- When you lose, don't lose the lesson
- Don't let a small dispute ruin a friendship
- If you worry, make sure it's about a big thing; let the little things so by (life's too short)
- When you've made a mistake, take immediate steps to acknowledge and correct it
