Being single does not automatically have to be associated with being lonely. In addition, for the time being, you can actually gain an appreciation.

Discovering that we can appreciate our own business is empowering. Being happy within our own business frees us from the urge to pursue others.
We are more careful with the company we choose as we begin to enjoy being alone, i.e. spending time with only those who enrich our lives and contribute to our well-being.
