Are you having trouble sleeping? Do you have a fever? Chamomile is exactly what you need. A nice, warm cup of tea is the best way to consume chamomile. Additionally, if you happen to develop pink eye, soak a tea bag of chamomile in water, squeeze out the excess and put it over your eye for about 10 minutes. If you find that you are tired and sluggish or if you feel like a headache is coming on, try drinking a tall glass of cold to room temperature water, and make sure that you are drinking at least 64 ounces each day.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is not a favorite among taste tests, but it can cure many ailments. Many people drink 1 to 2 tablespoons of it every morning to keep flu and cold germs at bay. It is a natural fighter of bacteria and viruses, and it helps to restore energy and reduce headaches. If you hate the taste, diluting the vinegar in water first and adding some lemon and honey sometimes helps. You can also add apple cider vinegar to salad dressings and smoothies.
Rest and Sleep
Sometimes, all you need to recover is a nap or a good night’s rest. Sleep is underrated when it comes to wellness. Most men and women need eight hours of sleep each night, but some people require more.
