To go full time in network marketing requires a shift in mindset.
In the early stages, it's natural to lean on your sponsor or up-line (success team) leadership for calls, presentations, etc.
The challenge is, many networkers get a far too comfy in that position. If your goal is to earn $500-1000 per month, that is fine.
However, moving to $3,000-5,000 per month requires a deeper commitment level. This includes learning how to present the plan, learning how to launch your new team members properly and assuming a greater leadership role within your team/community. (3 way calls, getting started trainings, team overviews, etc.)
As you continue to climb the income ladder, the greater your responsibility. Each level requiring a deeper commitment to personal growth, to the success of the team and to the value that you bring to the market place.
Ultimately, the goal for most people who enter this profession is Financial Freedom. This level requires skill mastery, emotional maturity, experience and the ability to become a "leader of leaders."
There is no greater reward than passing on the baton of leadership!
A few questions to consider:
1) What level am I at now?
2) What are my SPECIFIC goals for my business?
3) What do I need to do to move to the next level? (Understanding that it may require stepping outside your comfort level, or developing a new skill, to achieve the next level.)
Caution: Be careful not to get stuck in one place for too long. Remember, the greatest room in the house is the room for improvement. As Jim Rohn would say "If you wish to earn more, you have to become more."
Ultimately, the greatest reward will be the lives that you impact along the way! That is what "Legacy Leadership" is all about!
