The Power Of ONE!

I have been in the Direct Sales industry for over 20 yrs. I've had my successes along the way and I've experienced many frustrations and disappointments as well. Through all of the good times and the not so good times, I've come to realize one thing; you are literally ONE person away from having a thriving business. Talk to anyone who has ever succeeded in this industry and they can point to that one person who exploded their business. To illustrate the point I'm making here; I want to share a personal story.

Shortly after Tammi and I got involved in network marketing one of our new associates contacted me and asked if I would place a call to a man that lives in Prescott, AZ. He said, "Bryan, if you could bring this guy in to our business, he would be amazing!" He went on to tell me he couldn't call him because he had pitched him on so many business opportunities over the years that this guy would hang up on him.

As you might imagine, I was not all that excited about making this call. Finally, one Friday afternoon I'm looking at his phone number laying on my desk and something inside told me to just call this guy and get it over with. I thought, it's probably going to be a very short conversation anyway, so just do it.

Well, I made the call and he didn’t hang up on me. In fact, he and his wife went on to become Presidential Directors in our organization, as well as very special friends to Tammi and me. But, here is the truly amazing thing. Our organization didn't stop there...others followed!

You might be thinking, "Bryan, you just got lucky! You were at the right place at the right time" and you might be right. Although I personally don't believe in luck, I believe things happen in our lives for a reason. I also believe IF you have a vision or goal that you are committed to..." Life has an amazing way of rearranging itself by setting in motion a series of events that you never predicted or planned and people and resources that you never imagined will come your way to help you fulfill your vision and goals." But, you have to take the steps forward on faith that you will fulfill your vision and goals. If you sit back and try to figure everything out first, nothing happens.

The reason I'm sharing this story with you is I hope it inspires you to never give up. The next person you talk to about your business could be the next 7 figure income earner and it could literally transform your business and your life. What was that one call worth to Tammi and me? It has been worth tens of millions of dollars in product sales over the past 11 years. I won't give you a specific dollar amount in commissions, but let's just say it was life changing! I retired from my corporate job at age 44!
