You're the highest paid professional in the world.. but will you show up to work? 

What kind of people make it in Asea?  How many people are successful in Network Marketing?

It may surprise you to learn that network marketing is the highest paid profession in the world, the second being professional sports.  You may be interested to learn that the industry is growing at an explosive pace and by the year 2025 is estimated to be worth 645 Billion in revenues.

And yet, many associates walk around with a sense of shame about their chosen profession, lacking pride in the great industry within which they partake. Perception is reality: if you believe yourself to have a little business on the side, you will earn a little income on the side.  If you believe yourself to have the keys to a global empire, you're certain to take actions and attract people that result in the formation of a global empire.

Yes, it is an inescapable truth that your thoughts feed your emotions, your emotions feed your actions and your actions feed your results.  Success will NOT surprise you.  It will not creep up on you while you doze on the couch.  If your life is about to change in the next twelve months, it is because you EXPECT IT.  

In short, you cannot grow a large global empire while holding the belief that you are have little more than a hobby in your hands.  The belief and the results are not congruent and so, the results will always adjust.

The great irony is that we are often seeking to adjust our results by working on the 'HOW',  How do I find people, how does the comp plan work, how do I explain redox...?  These are all great questions.  But it is not where you will find your answers to how you can improve your results.

The most direct way to improve your results is to improve your expectation.

Embrace the fact that you are a pioneer entrepreneur in one of the most exciting industries on the planet.  Expect that there are hundreds of thousands of people who cannot wait to learn the information you have in your hands.  Expect that over the next few years, the group of visionaries who bring redox to the world will develop fortunes and have a global positive impact on many lives.
