Insomnia is something that I have been suffering from for a much longer time than I realized. For some reason since working the night shift for over 15 years I can't get enough sleep during the day. I sleep about 3 hours and then I'm up no matter how long I lay resting in bed. Medicine for me is not an option because the last thing that I want to do is mask, cover up or manage this health issue. I came in form work this morning and went to bed around 8am. I drifted off to sleep but woke up around 9:30am and then drifted off to sleep again and woke again at 11am. I laid in bed until around 4pm some what wide awake and I could not take it anymore so I thought I could eat my way to sleep with muffins and ice cream. well that did not work because now it's 6pm and I'm completely wide awake now.

Now I figure I better do something because I will be at work at 11pm and I have not gotten any quality sleep yet not to forget any real consecutive amount of hours of sleep. So I decided let's try some nutritional products that I just so happen to have. I started drinking what I believe is the best multivitamin called Beyond Tangy Tangerine from Youngevity.  I figure that this multivitamin would serve as my  nutritional base foundation and then I added 3 more products. I mixed up a special wellness juice cocktail drink and before I knew it sleep was staring at me.

I did this once before and I thought it was a fluke but I guess it wasn't because it worked again. Thank you Youngevity for making such great products. Now I see why Youngevity was listed in my doctors PDR (Physician's Doctors Reference) book
