The Covid 19 pandemic continues to hold the world in suspense. More than 7.5 million people worldwide have already been infected with the new type of corona virus, 186,251 of them in Germany - where there are always local outbreaks.

In Berlin, three entire apartment buildings are apparently under quarantine. "This has a new quality in the corona crisis," said Neukölln's health councilor Falko Liecke (47, CDU) to the "B.Z." on Monday. For the first time, entire apartment blocks in the districts of Spandau, Wedding and Neukölln have been affected by a coronavirus outbreak. It is still unclear where the residents of the house, mainly of Romanian origin, have been infected.
Hotel Estrel in Berlin-Neulölln has test capacities available.
