Build your own Titanic

Posted by M H on September 21, 2022 - 1:30pm Edited 9/21 at 1:30pm

Invincible gallows humor - how advertising resonates with the dark features of the present time.

If you sink and drown, then only with all the pomp!

In the last days the advertisement for building Titanic model resonates on Czech TV - it is repeated several times a day.

It starts with  "BUILD YOUR OWN TITANIC ! "
Wonderful - that is exactly what we need now ! If somebody hesitates and does not consider the situation very serious this TV shot will wash off all dubious thoughts. wink

I myself do not plan yet to build any ship or boat - no energy and money for it.
But if I should start with it I would rather build a Kon-Tiki.

My ship sails towards the sun

I wish everyone faith in happy sailing on all rivers and oceans of the world!

Simon Keighley Great article, Margaret - happy Sailing.
