NUTRILITE™ Carbohydrate Blocker, 90 tab.

DESCRIPTION

Carbohydrates play a special role in human nutrition as they are the most important sources of energy.
Physiologically 50% of the daily calorie requirement of a healthy person are provided by carbohydrates, of which 3/4 should come with food (minimum 180 g) and 1/4 synthesized by the metabolic processes in the human body.
All carbohydrates are converted into glucose either through digestion or synthesis.

Main glucose 'consumers' are the brain (it consumes 50%), erythrocytes and kidneys (20%), skeletal muscle (20%) and other organs and tissues (10%).

Excessive intake of carbohydrate foods stimulates the release of the hormone which increases the synthesis of fat based on carbohydrates, contributes to their deposition in the fat depots and inhibits their decomposition.

Permanent excess of simple carbohydrates in the diet (along with an excess of fat) in some cases can lead to obesity.

A natural way to control consumption of carbohydrates for those who want to reduce weight. NUTRILITE™ Carbohydrate Blocker combines two natural vegetable extracts (white kidney beans and fermented soybeans), preventing the absorption of both simple sugars and complex carbohydrates.
