DESCRIPTION

Conjugated linoleic acid is a mixture of isomers of linoleic acid which belongs to the class of essential omega-6 acids.
In its natural form isomers of linoleic acid can be found in meat and dairy products, also containing significant amounts of saturated fat and cholesterol.

In combination with a balanced diet and exercises, CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) can remarkably contribute to your efforts to achieve a beautiful figure. Research studying the effect of CLA on weight reduction has shown that its most important positive effect is the improved ratio of body fat and muscle with the prevalence of the latter.
